Cancellation and refund policy

At Wowmart Digital, we are committed to providing official, secure, and fully authorized beIN SPORTS commercial subscription services . We encourage you to carefully read this Cancellation and Refund Policy before subscribing.

By purchasing a commercial subscription from Wowmart Digital , you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the provisions of this policy.

1. Subscription cancellation

A commercial subscription can only be canceled in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Sales Contract , the Wowmart Digital General Terms and Conditions or applicable legislation.

Any customer wishing to terminate their subscription before its expiry date may submit a cancellation request to Wowmart Digital customer service. However, this cancellation does not entitle the customer to any refund, credit, compensation, or reimbursement, in whole or in part, of subscription fees already paid .

If the subscription is canceled by Wowmart Digital or by beIN General Trading and Distribution due to a breach of the Commercial Sales Contract, the General Terms and Conditions, a failure to pay, fraud, an act of hacking, unauthorized use, a legal or regulatory requirement, or for any other contractual or legal reason, the Customer shall not be entitled to any refund, compensation, credit or restitution of sums paid .

2. Non-refund policy

All subscription fees paid to Wowmart Digital are final and non-refundable.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Wowmart Digital will not grant any refunds, including but not limited to the following cases:

  • Cancellation of the subscription at the request of the Client;
  • Early termination of subscription;
  • Change of mind after subscription;
  • Temporary or permanent closure of the establishment;
  • Dissatisfaction with sports channels, programs or content;
  • Non-use of the subscription after its activation;
  • Interruption or cessation of the Client's business activity;
  • Change of ownership of the establishment;
  • Déménagement ou changement d'adresse de l'établissement ;
  • Suspension ou résiliation de l'abonnement résultant d'un manquement du Client au Contrat de Vente Commercial ou aux Conditions Générales ;
  • Annulation de l'abonnement par Wowmart Digital ou beIN General Trading and Distribution, conformément aux contrats et accords applicables.

Toute période d'abonnement non utilisée ne donnera lieu à aucun remboursement, avoir, crédit ou compensation, quelle qu'en soit la raison.

3. Circonstances exceptionnelles

Si un paiement a été effectué à la suite d'une erreur administrative avérée ou d'un paiement en double exclusivement imputable à Wowmart Digital, la situation sera examinée au cas par cas.

Lorsque Wowmart Digital confirme qu'un paiement en double ou un montant incorrect a été perçu par erreur, le trop-perçu pourra être remboursé au Client par le même moyen de paiement utilisé lors de la transaction ou par tout autre moyen convenu entre les parties.

Cette exception est strictement limitée aux erreurs de facturation et ne saurait être interprétée comme créant un droit général au remboursement des frais d'abonnement.

4. Expiration de l'abonnement

L'abonnement commercial demeure valable jusqu'à la date d'expiration indiquée dans le Contrat de Vente Commercial.

Les abonnements ne sont pas renouvelés automatiquement, sauf accord exprès entre le Client et Wowmart Digital.

À défaut de renouvellement avant la date d'expiration, le service pourra être désactivé.

5. Modifications de la présente politique

Wowmart Digital se réserve le droit de modifier ou de mettre à jour la présente Politique d'annulation et de remboursement afin de tenir compte des évolutions législatives, de ses pratiques commerciales ou de ses accords contractuels avec beIN General Trading and Distribution.

Toute modification importante sera publiée sur notre site internet et prendra effet à la date indiquée dans la version mise à jour de la présente politique.
